Victoria Justice (Suits LA, The Tudor) and Robbie Amell (Upload, Code 8) have been cast in Josh Trank’s (Capone, Chronicle) upcoming horror-thriller film Send A Scare.
Written by Andrew Ryan and Josh Trank — who directed the 2015 Fantastic Four reboot — from an original story by Andrew Ryan, Send A Scare centers on an interactive horror startup that gives thrill-seekers a way to send scares to friends and family… but when potential investors host a demonstration, the experience gets hijacked by a real masked killer with a deadly agenda.
The film features an ensemble of attached talents including Karan Soni (A Nice Indian Boy, Deadpool), Noel Fisher (Capone, Shameless), Mackinlee Waddell (American Spirit, 1883) and Adain Bradley (Warfare, Tarot).
Send A Scare is produced by Ryan Scaringe of Kinogo Pictures and Austin Lantero of Range Media Partners. Steven Schneider (Paranormal Activity, Insidious) is set to Executive Produce alongside Victoria Justice, Robbie Amell, Andrew Ryan, Josh Trank, and Amy Lippens. Range Select is handling domestic sales.
